Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for general information. You may browse, link and share it; you may not copy our design, code or content for commercial use without permission. All trademarks and brand assets shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners.
Proposals & payments
Every project begins with a written, itemised proposal stating scope, timeline and fixed price. Work starts after acceptance and the agreed deposit; remaining payments follow the milestones in the proposal. Prices exclude third-party costs (domains, hosting, licences, ad spend) unless stated.
Scope & revisions
Each stage includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope are welcome and quoted separately before any extra work begins — you will never receive a surprise invoice.
Ownership & handover
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables: code, designs, content and accounts created for the project, registered in your name. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Timelines & responsibilities
We honour the agreed timeline; it depends on timely feedback and content from your side. Delays in approvals or materials extend the schedule accordingly.
Warranties & liability
We fix defects in our work found during the included support window free of charge. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect losses, third-party outages or changes made by others to delivered work.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed to date; we hand over everything produced up to that point.
